When are your delivery days?
We deliver our boxes from Monday to Friday, between 10am - 12pm, 1pm - 3pm, 5pm - 7pm; Saturday between 10am - 12pm.
Free delivery programme
We deliver to a limited area in Kuala Lumpur and deliveries are free.
What if I'm not at home?
We don't expect you to wait around for your box, in fact the majority of our customers are not at home when we deliver. Simply tell us where we can leave your box safely (with a neighbour, behind a gate, in the dogs kennel) and our delivery folk will leave it there.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya area.

We apologise if your deliveries are affected by these restrictions. We are doing our best to expand the areas we cover and we hope to be able to deliver to you very soon.

What if my delivery is delayed?
It is rare, but there are some instances where a delivery cannot be made on the planned day due to reasons beyond our control. If your box is delayed until the next day, please check carefully that the ice packs in the chill bag are still over 50% frozen before using the contents. If you have a thermometer, please make sure the meat and fish have a temperature of 5℃ or below and dairy products 8℃ or below. If the ice packs are no longer partially frozen and/or you have any reason to doubt the integrity of the chilled items, please do not consume them and let us know as soon as possible to seek for a replacement.

Our Plans

What are the plans available?
In each of our boxes, we have a minimum of 3 recipes of the week. All you have to choose is to determine if you are cooking for 2 person or for 4 person.
Can I choose my recipes?
Yes! You can customize the meal boxes with any recipes you'd like from our recipe page.
Do you offer plans for people with special dietary requirements?
This is an excellent idea and we may come up with specific meal plans for customers with specific dietary restrictions, but for now, we are only able to display allergen informations on our recipe cards and information pages. Should you find a recipe with ingredients that you cannot consume, feel free to select another recipe to build your meal box.
Do you offer recipe boxes for singles?
Our minimum feeds 2 people, but we suggest that food is best shared with another person. So, get on that phone and call your friends over for a night of home cooking and drinks!


About Payment
Upon checkout, you will be prompted to select either 'Online Banking', 'Credit Card', or 'Cash On Delivery' options. Select either options to be redirected to our payment gateway for the final step.


How many days in advance should I order?
It is recommended to order at least 2 days in advance. Our daily cut off time is 11.00am every morning, and should your orders be sent to us after the cut-off period, we will include it in the next nearest delivery date.
How do I cancel my order?
We do understand that sometimes, you will need to cancel an order from us. We advise for you to send your request to hello@gogocook.com to request for a cancellation. Our Customer Service agents will advise you accordingly.
